Chris is an excellent contractor. Very reliable and responsive. He has done excellent work for me on multiple occasions. From digging a foundation, laying pipes, to grading my property, the work product has been top notch.

Chris has done several different jobs for us: leveled a drive way with gravel hauled in to get rid of ruts in the drive way of a disabled person who had minimal access to her home. In another location, he cleared weeds that were growing along side a creek. everything Chris has done has been exceptional etc...

I can not recommend this company enough! Chris and Sam are such wonderful people and do amazing work. Sam is so responsive and answers all my questions (I always have a lot). If you need ANY work done call them! You will not be disappointed. They came in to level my yard due to some roots making it impossible to mow. They were timely, organized and did a great job. Even sowed some seed and put down straw. Made everything 100% better and met my expectations 200%.

If you’re looking for the best machine operator In the entire Lake Norman area you should go no further than calling Chris Terry at CTS. From septic system replacements to major demo and extremely challenging grading work CTS gets it done. Very rarely, do you hear of anybody who is literally one with his machine, but watch Chris work for two minutes and you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. Chris has literally saved my neck on more than one job and I highly recommend him in the future to anybody that needs dirt work done right.

Chris has done some grading for us and also did a great job for us on our business driveway (road). He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and offered suggestions for long lasting and long wearing material on the drive, and water management suggestions on our pasture. He showed up when he promised and finished quickly. Our neighbors were so impressed they had him come do their driveway also and are thrilled with the results.
